It is true! I went in for my regular 15 week appt. yesterday. The NP couldn't find the babies heartbeat, so she sent me to ultrasound. I haven't ever in my life been so scared of an ultrasound, not for the heartbeat, because the doctor said she knew she found it for a second, but for the gender check. I called Dallan really fast to have him come over because I knew they should be able to do a gender check. The ultrasound showed a boy!!! We were in shock! I cried, Dallan couldn't even believe his eyes. I made her take like 8 different photos for proof, when I went back upstairs to the doctor I had 2 nurses and my doctor confirm (even though it is obvious!) So of course we have been on a high since this was the last. We came home called EVERYONE, told Addie, she was so excited. We figured she would think it was old news by the time the girls came home from school so that Dallan and I could tell them in the evening together, but the second kenna and Pup walked in from school Addie ran to them..."stisters! Stisters! my Mommy has a baby boy in her tummy!!!" It was so cute, the girls were super excited!!!!
Naturally later that evening I went shopping. I promised Dallan I would only buy one or two special outfits, but you know sometimes you find more like 15 or 16 special outfits, what are you supposed to do? I will post this pic later.
