Merry Christmas!!!
Merry Christmas! If anyone is still reading this (Hi Heidi). I am going to try to update better. I want to keep this record for my family. Aren't the kids darling? Kenna won't stop growing, Rylee is getting funny and whitty, Addie is adorable and loveable, Sophie is 100% a goofy nut, and Wes is my darling sweet infant who tells me "I love you Mommy" at least 3-4 dozen times a day! Not exaggerating! Love them all!
Hope you all had a good Christmas :)

Addie's EX boyfriend
Okay, Addie has alot of boy's that have crushes on her. That is just the way it is. People LOVE her! Anyhow, this little boy Will LOVES Addie. Around Christmas time we sat behind this family at the school choir concert. Addie said "Hey, there is Will, can I go sit by him?" So she did. His Mom turned around and said to me.."Oh, this is going to make Will's day. He is in love with Addie! He talkes about her all the time. He is giddy about her! I have never seen him like this, he wants to buy her an American doll for Christmas!" He did leave her a little princess present on the door step on Christmas break. (No american doll! Jerk!)

Time for an Addie post...
This girl is FUNNY. She makes us laugh all the time. I took all 5 kids to gymboree in the mall the other day. Being such a daunting task, I bribed the girls. As we walked into the mall I said "If you all behave in the mall, I will let you go on the carosel after." Addie was super excited and yelled "I'll be the have-est...!" Funny, and makes sense.
Okay, so Addie has this ability to make all little girls want to be her best friend, and all little boys to fall in love with her. So we went to the Rosamond school chior program (BTW, the symphony performance was so funny, Dallan said we are going to it every year for the rest of our lives whether or not we have a kid in it.) and we sat behind a family that had a boy from addie's kindergarden class in in. Addie asked if she could sit by him, and we let her. His mom turned around and said "Will will be so happy Addie is sitting by him. He is SO in love with her. He is giddy about her. We went christmas shopping to by her a christmas present, and he wants to buy her an American doll!" It was cute.
Last little story, she came downstairs the other day and had tears in her eyes, but she was smiling. I said are you sad? She said "I am in LOVE..." and went on to tell me about the boy she and Eliza chaase around all of kindergarden recess...they were happy tears. FUNNY

Addison...silly girl
When Grandma Lighten brought the girls to see me and Sophie at the hospital the second day (we were at seperate hospitals...but Addie didn't realize that.) Anyhow, as soon as Addie got into Labor and delivery unit, she ran up to the reception desk nurses, and raised her arms up high and asked very loudly "where is Sophie-a-Dophie?" Of course they had no idea who or what this little girls waas talking aboaut, but Grandma got a hold of her and brought the girls into my room.
When Addie did see Sophie in the hospital the second time, she had been moved into the room with lots of babies, that were alot less critical. I took Addie in, and she said "babies! lets count them...one...two...three..." the nurses were loving Addie. Then I pointed out Sophie, and Addie got all excited and pointed to her feet. She said "look mom, (pointing to one foot)feet....(noticing she had another)TWO FEETS!" (as though she thought there would only be one). Funny girl.
Okay, I told Addie some funny stories last night about when she was a "baby". She giggled so hard, and wanted more stories. I don't want to forget this stuff, so I will add more funny/sweet things to the blog that may be random and irrelevent to you , but mean the world to us...
Alright, if any of you all play your kids webkinz accounts, if your webkinz gets sick, you have to take him to Dr. Quack. So one day our real dog Scamper had a check up at the vet. So all day I told Addie we were taking Scamp to Dr. Quack and she was really excited. Finally we get to the vet that the doctor came in. Addie was SO disappointed! She kept saying "where is dr. Quack?" I said this is the pet doctor. She kept asking for Dr. Quack (which kinda threw the doctor off.) Rylee and I were laughing at Addie at this point, because we realized she honestly expected a giant duck doctor to come treat scamp. It was really funny, because this was like 6 months ago, and I had assumed that addie was intelligent enough to understand there is really no real life giant duck doctors practicing medicine on dogs!
Then there was the time Dallan was out of town...Addie was about 2 and a half. At about 3 am, house pitch black and quite. Addie came into my room with a gallon of ice cream, woke me and said "mmmm, I cameam." I heard Scamp out of his crete disoriented in the hallway. So basically she woke up in the middle of the night, went down stairs in the dark, thought it would be a good idea to let scamp out of his crate, grab some ice cream, and bring it up to me thinking I would be proud of her! It was really funny. I think I gave her a bite or two and snuggled her back to bed.
This one is good. When Addie was about 3 she was a nudist, everyone in our cul de sac had seen her all nude at one point or another. One mid morning, I was taking a bath, and McKenna calmly says "Addie ran outside adn is naked." So I quickly get out of the tub and dressed as fast as possible. Addie had run accross the street and down one house. They had a nice harly davidson parked diagonally across their driveway. Guess who was on it all nude! It was the funniest thing I had ever seen. I would have run home for a camera, but then I thought that the neighbors had thought I was staging the photoshoot. I do have that photo in my head, and it will never fade for sure!
The other day at dinner, I made jello with peaches for dessert. (I rarely make Jello), so Addie was curious about what it would be. When she finally got her dessert she looked at me seriously and asked "mom? Why is this Jello made out of rubber?"

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDIE BEEK!
We love our funny Addie. Always being goofy. Never shy. Loves attention and spotlight. Has 1,000 friends. She is super popular in our hood, it is funny. Two of my favorite funny memories are not caputured on film or video. One, when she was 2, she ran across the street butt naked in the middle of the day. Climbed on top of a harly davidson that was parked in the neighbors driveway. And tried to ride it. I didn't even know she had escaped for a few minutes. I think everyone in our cul de sac has seen her nude. Second memory, at her Aunts wedding a few weeks ago. No children were invited except the neices and nephews. There was 6 kids total. ANyhow, if you have heard that cha cha slide hip hop line dance, Addie was dancing in the middle of about 20 adults trying her best to do the moves. She was so serious and had her cute bootie moving. She was the only kid out there. I wish I had it on video, it was SO cute!
Happy birthday BEEKIE!

Red Neck Addison
"Hi, My name is Addison, aka Beekers. My mom thinks she knows what is cool, but it is my first week of preschool and I want to impress. I will leave this hat in the car and take it out only when I need to look really cute. Mom doesn't like it for some weird reason, but I know what is cool!"
Okay, this started with the Andrus Family reunion auction. Addie desperately wanted to win something, she had her eyes on this Bass Pro Shops trucker hat. Finally when they came up to bid on Addie yelled $2! Nobody outbid her (shocker). I thought it would be something I could sneak in the DI pile in a week or so, but no, this is her favorite hat. She wears it quite often, and pulls it out when she needs to look really cool. I take pride, and plenty of money in dressing my girls cute. I put her in her cute flower pink gymboree dress for her 3rd day of preschool, then when she hops out of the car, she has the hat on. I think of making it a fight, but figure if she doesn't know she looks like a dork, then the other 4 year olds won't either. Plus, I will really make fun of her for it one day...
